Thanks Josh. I've been paying for a unpopulated server for a couple years now. I know a few people that want me to do a Bad Company-2 server, like our old friend Darklord.
I'm thinking I may do it for a couple months to see. About same price as the CS server.

Guest rooms are $75.00 + tax per night for 2 people

The hotel said that if there are more then 2 people in the room, there is a $10 per person per night charge!
So don't tell them there will be more then 2 people, and ONLY ASK for 2 KEYS to the room, unless you want to pay the additional fee.
LAN COST:
The total cost of the 2 meeting rooms for 4 days is a maximum to me of $2000 (250 per room per day).
I will be charging $30 per computer unless we get 10 rooms reverved, then I get a discount and will only charge $25 per computer. I will know more as the date gets closer.
And any extra money will go into the prize pot for the tournament.
As usual, people that just come to hang out, don't pay anything!
PLEASE let me know if you are coming and if you have reserved a room.

I'd like to point this out to everyone... in case some haven't even noticed. Gary is always too generous, and is only asking for 30 per computer. Even if 50 people come, that's still only $1500, which means he's still paying a ton!

But if we get 10 rooms rented for the weekend, then I get the 2 meeting rooms for almost half price, so I will charge less per PC if that is the case.
And I always take any extra money made and put it towards the tournament prize money.
I'm not out to make money, I just want everyone to have one hell of a good time!

I've got the time off work but I'm going to wait to get a room. Last year I got a room early with prospect roomies that all flaked. My thanks to BoB for saving my ass by splitting the room with me.
As I am definately going, if anyone has an extra bed in their room I'll gladly split the cost.

I requested all the days off so this time I've got it on the books many many months ahead. The only conflict I might have is I may be going to Mozambique during the lan timeframe o.0
I haven't been online in a while cause I kinda blew up my gaming PC.
Until I fix it or build another one, I hope people are getting registered at the Hotel, and telling others to do the same.
Doesn't seem like there is any interest this year even though I extended it a day by popular demand.
I'd like to have at lest 5 rooms reserved and 30 people registered by the 1st of May, or I might have to shorten or cancel the LAN. Gaming Clan -]PCE[-

I am looking to try to get 6 people for my hotel room. Its still kind of up in the air about our money situation, but phrenzy I don't mind the floor, so it doesn't matter how many are in there, as long as everyone splits the cost

I had my room booked from day 1.
I called them after I saw this and they had screwed up and not posted it to the right group.
All fixed now.
As usual, I'm starting to worry since its only 3 months away and only 2 rooms are booked.
